Their knowledge of the food and events industry in Australia has been developed over twenty years in hospitality, including 5 years of running the award winning Mandalay Receptions in Lane Cove, which they still proudly operate, combined with extensive international and local experience and training working in the finest hotels, restaurants in Australia around the world.
